Be Conscious of your consciousness level.

This should be the first meditation which every human must learn to be happier and harmonious in life/work. Practicing simple tasks like conscious breathing, eating, walking, listening, observing and remaining conscious while talking, doing work will open the new dimensions for exponential growth.

We all experience continuous shift of consciousness level in our daily lives. Consciousness is experienced as a vast spectrum of self-awareness, varying from completely unconscious to fully awakened being. When we are operating from a lower level of conscious awareness, we may be feeling lazy, distracted, or bored and might take decision not good for our growth. A higher level of consciousness levels means connected to truth, kindness, happiness source and deciding positively to be an active part of existence. The happiness happens in the process.




How to Be Conscious of Consciousness?

  • Be Self Aware. Practice Self-Awareness Steps
  • Do simple mindfulness meditation to remain alert and active in every action.
  • Practice Expressing Gratitude and by being thankful.
  • Be free and open for accepting efforts of others to live happier, harmonious life.
  • Create your #LifeMap. Stay conscious of your efforts towards its completion / implementation.
  • Follow your Passion and Purpose of life. Make meaningful decision to work towards your life’s goal.

By being consciously aware of your consciousness levels helps us to attain and actualize life. Do periodical self-evaluation about the current level. Usually the consciousness is marked at 7 interconnected levels starting from self-survival (lowest level 1) to Self-Actualization (Highest Level 7)

The Physiological Needs, Safety, Love & Relationships, Self-Esteem, Self-Transformation by Knowledge & Understanding leading to Self-Actualization represents the conscious levels during the Abundance Journey called LIFE.
