All we need is to SHIFT our FOCUS and Start Observing it, Capturing it, Sharing it and Amplifying it in the process i.e AHhaLife!

Eligibility
The AHM2021 Photo Competition is open to ALL CITIZENS, from all segments of life, students or seniors, corporate executive or homemakers, professionals or amateur photographers from all over the INDIA (an why not World over) who are 18 years and above.
There is NO restrictions concerning shooting equipment (DSLR Camera, Cellphone, Action Camera, Webcam etc).
This is a digital image only contest. No Printed or scanned copies will not be entertained and is not eligible for competition.

Show us Awesome Happier Life Moments – The AHhaLife Moments reflecting Abundant Happier Life. Include Happier People, Scene, social gatherings, festivals, traditions, dance, events, wedding, sports and everything when the people celebrate life in their joyful, happier lifestyle including traditions, customs, cultures which you encounter on travels, holidays around the world, share what you saw and that connects to the Happiness@Life
Category-B: AHhaWork Moments
Show us the Amazing Abundant & Magnificent Workplace Happiness Moments. Include the moments of satisfaction, contentment, completion and celebration of success and moments of Happiness@Workplace
Category-C: AHha!!!Natural Happiness Moments
Show AHha! Oneness (Awe!!!) Moments with Nature – no limit to the imagination, color or monochrome, various image related to Environment and Natural Arts, Crafts, Artisan’s Creation, Nature, Natural Habitat, or any mix of art, digital or physical form. Anything which induce goosebumps and drops jaws, awe inspiring experiences and instantaneously connects to the Abundance & Happiness in the present moment.

AHM2021 Photography Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions
Entry Fee
The First Entry to Competition is FREE.
No charges for submission of 1st image in any category^
^ For more than 1 entry in any category a minimum of 10 members is required to be added for every entry.
There is no limit to the number of images for this submission. Photo Series and single photos can be submitted at the same time. (Add New Members here at https://happion.substack.com)
Those who are not able to add/subscribe members can not submit more than 1 entry, more entries will be deemed to be automatically disqualified.
Detailed Terms and Conditions
- Single image or portfolio (between 2-10 images). Entrants may enter as many times as they wish^.
Color / Monochrome images are accepted. - Image size: between 2000 – 6000 pixels on the length, image should be maximum 10MB, saved as a jpg and keep EXIF information. Each image must have a unique TITLE with maximum 36 characters
- You may use digital manipulation/corrections to optimize an image.
PERMITTED: brightness, contrast, levels, curves and color balance may all be adjusted. Dust spots and minor elements etc. may be retouched. You may make adjustments to selected areas on an image. Images could be cropped and sharpened. Panorama, HDR image is permitted.
NOT PERMITTED: Adding or removing key elements of the composition other than by cropping. Montage of multiple images. - We encourage participants to submit fresh / new images that have never won prizes. If your images enter the final judgement, those that have not won prizes in other competitions will have more chances to win awards.
- Winning photos of the First AHM2021 Competition are not allowed to participate in the second or subsequent season.
- The winners of the final awards will be selected from the final qualified entries of the submissions during the period of competition (including Gold, Silver, Bronze, Excellence Award for the best image per week winners)
- The best image per week is selected by the Competition Committee’s photo editor, and will be published in the middle of the next week. The same will be open for public voting and reviews and Weekly prizes. The Final Winners will be announce and paid the prize at the end of the competition; the gold, silver, bronze and excellent awards are selected by the AHM2021 judges.
- Entrants who are shortlisted will be required to provide the original image file (RAW or jpg as shot) along with the high resolution version (Tiff or jpg) of their image for final judging. Participants will have 15 days to upload their files. If the raw file not be presented, then the image may be disqualified and Entry might be rejected if it is not complying with the required format standards.
- Participants clearly understand and warrant that his/her submitted entry images are original, do not infringe on any third party‘s rights, and that participant has obtained any necessary permissions from any third party if a third party or third party’s property appears in the photograph. Happier India AHha Moments Photo Awards Committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it finds in its sole discretion that any of the foregoing warranties are not true. Participants are responsible for the resolution of any legal issues arising from their submitted images and agree to pay any costs thereby incurred. Decisions of Happier India AHhaMoments Photo Awards Committee shall be final and binding.
- Judges and Sponsors and their immediate family members, spouse, parents, children, siblings etc. are not eligible to enter the contest. However, they may submit the entries for the sake of Spreading Happiness but will not be eligible for any awards.
- The information given in these rules is correct, but AHM2021 Competition Committee reserves the right to change any of them without prior notice. The revised rules will be posted in this section of the website, and it is the entrants’ sole responsibility to review this section and to abide by the rules of the awards. By signing their entry form, or completing online entry, entrants will confirm that they have read and agreed to be bound by the rules of the competition. Any breach of these rules by an entrant will void their entry. If a breach has occurred, but is discovered after the award of a prize, then the organizer may disqualify that entry and request the return of that prize.
Contest Judges
In order to ensure the fairness and openness of the competition, 9 Judges from 9 different domains are invited to give anonymous scores. Selection and assessment of the images by the jury is irrevocable.
For Excellence Award the online votes / likes will be monitored and based on likes / comments / remarks, the 5 Weekly Submissions will be considered, if appropriate for the Awards
Copyright
Each participant owns the copyright of their submitted image(s). With the objective of publicizing the contest aim i.e Shifting the Life’s Focus towards Abundance & Happiness Moments, the organizer reserves the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, make public, publicly transmit, display, print, distribute, adapt, and screen entries with the participant titles on websites and official social networking service accounts as well as in photo exhibitions, well-being or related events, without further compensation to or the additional prior consent of the participants.
Without the approval of the participant, submitted images in the AHM2021 AHha Happier Moments Photo Awards are not allowed to be sold.
Disclaimers
- Entering the contest constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions stated in these entry rules.
- The AHM2021 Award Committee reserves the right of final judgment concerning items not expressly stated in these entry rules. Entrants who do not consent to the organizer’s decisions may withdraw from the contest. All costs associated with withdrawal from the contest are to be borne by the entrant.
- Please note that when a image is used for exhibitions and the like stated below, due to circumstances concerning printing or otherwise, the tone or expressed meaning may not be strictly reproduced according to the winner’s intent.
- Entrants agree to fully indemnify the organizer and bear all responsibility for any third-party complaints or objections concerning copyright or other intellectual-property-right infringement or damages arising from submitted images.
Privacy Policy
By providing entrant’s personal information, such as address, phone number, or email at time of entry, including the personal information of any entrant understands that contest organizer may use such information to communicate with entrant for the purposes of administering the Happier India AHhaMoments Photo Awards and complying with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Information collected via the entry form will be used to send entrant further communications from Happier India AHhaMoments Photo Awards Committee regarding services, incentives, offers, promotions, or other messaging related to Happier India AHhaMoments Photo Award‘s mission.
Force Majeure
If, for any reason, the Happier India AHhaMoments Photo Awards Committee is not capable of completion as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the contest organizer that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Happier India AHhaMoments Photo Awards Committee, the contest organizer reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Happier India AHhaMoments Photo Awards.
