The word ‘fearless‘ is not necessarily the absence of fear, but rather the mastery of fear. It is about living a life that is true to the values at the very centre of your core, regardless of what others may think or expect of you.

This indeed is being fearlessly authentic. Fearless authenticity means that you risk being your “real, genuine and true self”. You put yourself out there. Now, you may feel that you must be one “self” at work while another “self” outside of work.

We live in a world where being a copy is much easier than being authentic because we are always being influenced by the society in which we live that is constantly forcing us to stop being who we really are, so we can become a stereotyped model of perfection.

How to be Fearless in Life?

Fear is nothing more than the obstacle standing in front of your progress.

  • Be Strong, Be Brave to Be Fearless and grow continuously in life and work.
  • Expose yourself to your deepest fear and after that, fear has no power left.
  • Be Bold, and Be Expressive to share your original thoughts and pure feelings by being your ‘true’ self.
  • Know yourself and Explore the Passion and Purpose of your life/work. Be You and Be Happier by following the Self-Awareness Process Steps and Happiness Tips.
  • Love unconditionally. As stated by Dalai Lama “The more you are motivated by love, more fearless and free your action will be“.

Courage makes fear subsidize and take a corner seat. Be Courageous and Encounter your fears to grow personally and achieve success at workplace. As stated by Plato “Courage is knowing what not to fear“.
